Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons olive oil
• 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons fresh oregano
• 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper, to taste
